Adult Group Training
Adult Group Training is designed to help adults of all fitness levels build strength, improve conditioning, and move better over time. Classes include a mix of strength-only sessions and hybrid strength and conditioning workouts, all led by experienced coaches who cue proper form and offer modifications as needed. Training is challenging but approachable, with a supportive environment focused on consistency and long-term progress.

How do I get started?
Start with a No Sweat Intro — a one-on-one conversation with one of our team members to discuss your goals and create a clear plan forward. No workout, no pressure, just clarity.
How long does it take to see results?
Most members feel stronger and more energized within the first 30 days. Lasting results come from consistent training and evidence-based programming.
What makes the RX|FIT community different?
Our coaches intentionally connect members and help you integrate into the group from day one. We train hard, support each other, and create an environment where effort is high and ego is low.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We combine science-backed programming, professional coaching, and a culture built on effort over ego. Every class is structured, coached, and designed for long-term strength and longevity — not random workouts.
How often should I attend classes?
Most beginners start with 2–4 classes per week and build from there. As your capacity improves, many members train 4–5 days per week. We program intentionally to balance intensity, recovery, and sustainable progress.
Do you have water available?
Water fountains are available for all members. Bottled Essentia water, coconut water, protein shakes, and electrolyte drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No. No matter your current fitness level, we have a program that’s right for you. If you’re new to fitness, we offer Fundamentals to help you build a strong foundation. Start with a No Sweat Intro and we’ll create a plan that fits your goals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH payments, and personal checks. Cash is not accepted.
How are workouts structured?
Programming follows a structured weekly split — strength-focused days, hybrid strength and conditioning, and metabolic conditioning. All workouts are coached and scalable to meet you where you are.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No. A healthy lifestyle has to be realistic and sustainable. We focus on balanced nutrition that supports performance and long-term health — not restriction or extremes.
