Our athletes work to build and develop skills such as gross motor, fine motor, locomotor, and health related fitness skills. RX|FIT provides a unique and private space for our athletes to utilize during their session to eliminate outside distraction. Parents have a cozy space with healthy snack options where they can watch their children accomplish their fitness goals!

Meet Our Coaches
Coach Gillian has a BS degree in Health and PE and is currently working towards her Masters Degree. Gillian is a Certified CrossFit coach and holds 10+ years of experience working with kids of all ages and abilities. In her free time, she loves to run and play beach volleyball!
For the last decade, Coach Mike has been coaching people of all ages (from 5 to 70+ years of age), abilities (newbies to professional athletes), goals (weight loss, body composition, strength levels, etc.) and backgrounds. Mike loves teaching and showing anyone that is willing to learn, what they are capable of. In addition to his Masters of Exercise Physiology, Mike holds a CrossFit Level 2 Certification, along with multiple personal training certificates. Continuing education is one of Mike's favorites activities along with his dog Louie, and trying to go on adventures any time he gets. Mike looks forward to meeting you soon and helping you improve your life through fitness!
