1 on 1 Training
Every person, every body is different. Work with a personal coach to meet your individual goals and needs, by following a custom fitness plan scheduled around your personal availability. Personal training is the most effective way of starting off an exercise routine or to work on a specific skill. Your session will solely be focused on your personal goals. Our coaches have in-depth knowledge in exercise science with various degrees and certifications.
Kids/Teens Group Fitness
Ages 6 and up
RX YOUTH is an age-appropriate strength and conditioning program that helps a child build confidence, speed, strength, conditioning and coordination. Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime. Our approach is an effective outlet that promotes self-esteem, healthy living and fitness in a fun and positive environment. Along with exercise, we also utilize fitness games that teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement. Through the use of bodyweight, bands, suspension trainers and medicine balls, young athletes can develop an appreciation for exercising that will positively affect their lives for years to come.
